Placing Your Order
· Prices listed are in Singapore Dollars and for delivery within Singapore only. There will be a surcharge of $10 for delivery on Sunday and Public Holiday. Please contact us for delivery outside the listed hours.
· Prices quoted are for non-festive season only. Prices vary during festive season including Valentines’ Day period, between Feb 11 and 15.

· Please provide complete and accurate information of your order for easy processing. Any errors in the information provided will delay the delivery.
We accept Visa, AMEX, MasterCard and PayPal, Nets and Cash as forms of payment. Contact our office at (65) 62263933 or (65) 65382338 if you have other form of payment methods.
· Please be advised that we are unable to cancel or change your order that have already been delivered or already en route to delivery.
· If for any reason you wish to cancel or make changes to the order, please contact our customer service at (65) 62263933 or (65) 65382338 as soon as possible. We are happy to accommodate your requests for changes or cancellations, but we would require 24-hour notice for this purpose. However an admin fee of S$5 will be charged to your account for cancellation. No refund will be made if the flowers have already been arranged for delivery or delivered.
· Please note that we will not accept cancellations or changes of your order via e-mail.
· Prices quoted are for standard delivery within Singapore only. Please call our customer service for overseas delivery or for any special delivery arrangement. Our staff members will be happy to assist you r.
· Delivery on the same day is available if order is received by noon (local time) for delivery within Singapore. If order is placed after 12:00 pm noon, and need to be delivered on the same day, please call our customer service and we will try our best to meet your requirements. We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time, but we will deliver your order within the day.
· We provide FREE DELIVERY services during office (normal) hours from 9 am to 8 pm from Mondays to Saturdays (except public holidays), for the first delivery attempt. There will be a charge of S$12 for each subsequent delivery attempt. To avoid any re-delivery charges, customers are advised to call our customer service personel at (65) 62263933 or (65) 65382338 for any change of address 24 hours before delivery.
· Future Florist is not responsible for non-delivery if the recipient is not at the location at the time of delivery. Customers are advised to ensure that the recipient or someboby is at the location to receive the arrangement on behalf.
· An additional surcharge applies for delivery outside office hours (before 9am and after 8pm, Mondays – Saturdays) and on Sundays and public holidays.

We do provide URGENT delivery on a case-by-case basis but a fee of urgent delivery may apply. Please refer to the delivery schedule and charges chart below:

We will endeavor to fulfil your order as requested. However substitutions may be unavoidable due to unforeseen circumstances especially due to seasonal demand and supply. We will try our very best to complete the arrangement based on your order using flowers of equal or greater value to maintain the design, theme and color scheme, as similar as possible to the arrangement. We may substitute flowers with other colours if the colour requested is not available.
In a single-flower arrangements such as all roses, gerberas or lilies bouquet, we will make every effort to match the flower type, but may substitute with another colour.
